Terms and refund policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026. This version applies to clients in the UAE. All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). LibX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("LibX", "we").

1. What we provide

For a one-time setup fee of AED 6,000, we deliver the LibX 7-step setup for your business, using the information you give us: (1) a clean-code website, (2) an AI search-ready blog, (3) a price quote calculator based on your price ranges, (4) an AI receptionist (phone and website chat) with booking and, where your phone provider allows it, call forwarding, (5) automatic lead follow-ups, (6) a private company AI knowledge base, and (7) AI staff with defined roles reporting to you. The monthly plan of AED 1,500 per month covers running and hosting these systems, 2 new blog articles per month, upgrades to newer AI models and tools at our discretion, and up to 30 minutes of content updates per month (prices, hours, questions). Larger changes are quoted separately. The plan includes up to 1,000 minutes of AI phone receptionist calls per month (about 330 typical calls). If your line gets close to that, we email you at 80%; minutes above 1,000 are billed at AED 0.75 per minute with the next month's invoice, or you can ask us to pause call answering for the rest of that month instead. Website chat has no minute limit. All usage must be normal calls and chats from the public to your business, not automated, bulk or outbound traffic.

2. Payment

• The setup fee is paid in full before work starts, through a secure payment link we send after we agree the scope.
• Target setup time is 3 business days after we receive payment and your complete info. Missing info, phone carrier forwarding or domain access can extend this.
• Setup includes 2 rounds of changes before launch.
• The monthly plan is billed every month from the day your setup goes live.

3. Refund policy

• Before launch: your setup goes live only after you approve it. If you decide not to approve it, tell us in writing within 7 days of receiving your test version and we refund the full AED 6,000 setup fee. After 7 days without a reply, the refund option ends.
• After launch: the setup fee is not refundable once you've approved launch.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days.

4. Monthly plan and cancellation

• The monthly plan is month-to-month, with no minimum term.
• Cancel anytime by email to amrit@libx.tech. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; we don't refund partial months.
• When the plan ends, the AI systems (receptionist, follow-ups, AI agents) stop running and call forwarding should be switched back. We'll tell you how.

5. What you own

• You keep your phone number, your domain name, your business content (prices, answers, photos) and your lead list.
• When you cancel, we export your lead list and call transcripts to you on request, then delete them within 30 days.
• You own the website we build for you. If you skip or cancel the monthly plan, we send you the website files to host anywhere.
• The AI systems run on our accounts with third-party providers and are not transferable.

6. Your responsibilities

• You give us accurate prices, hours and answers, and you approve them before launch. The receptionist answers using only that information.
• You tell us when your prices, hours or services change.
• You're responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business, including any rules about recording calls and telling callers they're speaking with an AI. Our default greeting says it's an AI assistant.

7. Health information

The receptionist is set up to handle bookings, hours, prices and general questions only. It is not designed to collect or answer health questions. Don't configure it to collect medical history, symptoms or other health information.

8. Limits

• AI systems, including the receptionist and quote calculator, can make mistakes. Calculator prices are estimates based on the ranges you give us. It's a tool to catch calls you would otherwise miss, not a replacement for your judgment. Exact quotes, diagnoses and advice stay with you.
• We depend on third-party services (phone, AI and hosting providers) and can't guarantee uninterrupted service.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Privacy

We use call recordings, transcripts, chat messages and lead details only to run and improve your systems and to send you summaries. We don't sell them. Ask us anytime to delete them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
